[Remote] Platform Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and manage Infrastructure-as-reputed company solutions. The role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize reputed company infrastructure and improve software delivery processes while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Crossplane, reputed company Charts, or CloudFormation to provision and manage reputed company resources. (Must Have)
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, reputed company, and Infrastructure teams to define platform requirements, priorities, and architecture
- Partner with Development, Operations, and QA teams to streamline software delivery and improve release reputed company
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize reputed company infrastructure, DevOps platforms, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Design and implement reputed company-downtime deployment and maintenance strategies for Kubernetes clusters and reputed company infrastructure
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modern DevOps tools and engineering best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering reputed company across teams
- reputed company engineering teams by providing reusable platform services, automation, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with reputed company teams to reputed company reputed company controls and DevSecOps best practices into infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Document technical designs, architecture, operational procedures, and platform standards

- Eliminate operational toil by automating reputed company processes using modern tooling, AI-powered solutions, and reputed company workflows
- Participate in a 12-hour on-call rotation to support production systems
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–10 years of experience as a reputed company Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar role
- Strong experience with containerization technologies such as reputed company and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-reputed company tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, reputed company Charts, or AWS CloudFormation
- Experience with one or more reputed company platforms: AWS, reputed company Azure, or reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Go, Python, or Bash
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, reputed company Actions, or reputed company CI
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience implementing DevOps best practices and driving automation initiatives
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as reputed company, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company best practices, IAM, compliance frameworks, and DevSecOps principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
