[Remote] Business Analyst III

In this role, you will partner with various teams to define and deliver customer-facing mobile experiences, translating business objectives into reputed company product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Design System contributors, and engineering teams to define, document, and refine business and technical requirements
- Support the reputed company and adoption of the Design System by translating business needs into reputed company, reusable component requirements and experience standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer-facing capabilities and platform enhancements across the mobile application ecosystem
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, backlog refinement sessions, dependency discussions, and cross-functional alignment meetings
- Create and maintain Features, User Stories, Acceptance reputed company, process flows, and supporting documentation
- Identify, reputed company, and manage dependencies across Agile teams to ensure alignment between Design System initiatives and reputed company mobile application delivery plans
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support release planning, testing readiness, user acceptance activities, and production deployments
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are reputed company reputed company and successfully implemented
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across multiple product teams while managing competing priorities
Skills
- Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst supporting reputed company initiatives in Agile environments
- Experience working with mobile application development teams, particularly iOS, and customer-facing digital products
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements elicitation, and Agile software development practices
- Experience documenting Features, User Stories, Acceptance reputed company, process flows, and Given/reputed company/Then scenarios
- Ability to translate business objectives into detailed, actionable functional requirements
- Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while working effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Experience supporting Design Systems and reusable component libraries
- Knowledge of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and customer experience design principles
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, omnichannel, or other customer-reputed company industries
- Familiarity with design collaboration and visual documentation processes
