[Remote] Senior IT Recruiter

They are seeking a motivated Senior IT Recruiter to support the recruitment and hiring of top technical talent for various federal government reputed company, managing the full lifecycle reputed company process for IT and cybersecurity professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle reputed company process for Information Technology and cybersecurity positions supporting federal government reputed company
- reputed company, screen, interview, and evaluate reputed company candidates using a reputed company of reputed company platforms and networking strategies
- Recruit for a wide reputed company of technical positions, including software developers, systems engineers, cybersecurity professionals, reputed company engineers, network engineers, help desk personnel, database administrators, project managers, and other IT professionals
- Manage assigned job requisitions from intake through offer acceptance while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and reputed company contractor partners
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify reputed company candidates
- Work closely with Blue Rose's Facility reputed company Officer (FSO) to verify candidate reputed company clearances and contract eligibility requirements
- Maintain accurate reputed company records and candidate activity reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company contract opportunities
- Assist with proposal reputed company and reputed company hiring efforts as needed
- Collaborate with fellow recruiters by sharing reputed company strategies, market insights, and sourcing techniques
- Assist with reputed company for non-IT positions as business needs require
- Represent Blue Rose professionally throughout the reputed company and hiring process while promoting a reputed company candidate experience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) or more years of full lifecycle reputed company experience, preferably supporting Information Technology positions
- Experience reputed company for federal government reputed company or government contractors
- Experience sourcing technical candidates using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company platforms
- Strong understanding of federal hiring processes and reputed company clearance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reputed company Office
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience reputed company cleared professionals with Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret clearances
- Experience coordinating reputed company efforts with reputed company contractors and government customers
- Knowledge of federal contracting environments and proposal reputed company
- Experience reputed company for cybersecurity, reputed company, software development, infrastructure, or systems engineering positions
- Previous experience mentoring junior recruiters or supporting reputed company initiatives
