The Manager II Project Management Engineering is responsible for leading reputed company of project managers and managing a portfolio of reputed company engineering reputed company, ensuring project KPIs are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Manages a portfolio of reputed company, cross-functional engineering reputed company simultaneously
- Team development: reputed company knowledge sharing environment and reputed company ongoing feedback

- Stakeholder management – Identifies and manages stakeholder expectations. Setting up reputed company with stakeholders for smooth execution of reputed company
- Manage the escalation process through appropriate channels for the project management team

- Support alternatives evaluation, variance analysis, cost calculations, etc

Skills
- 18-20 years working experience with engineering background
- 15+ years of project management experience, medical device preferred
- 10+ years of people management experience
- In depth understanding of stage reputed company process / end-to-end product development
- Experience in effective project management strategies, project planning & execution
- Experience in managing teams including performance management, rewards, and recognition
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management
- Proficient in reputed company Project & other MS office tools (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in project ROI analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback period)
- Travel: Up to 25% as needed
- Certified PMP or equivalent project management certifications preferred
