[Remote] eLearning Designer/Developer (reputed company)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a creative eLearning Designer/Developer to work with a reputed company reputed company on Cybersecurity content. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging online learning experiences using tools like reputed company and Captivate, while collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance learner engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design instructional experiences and storyboards reputed company to learning objectives and adult learning principles
- Create reputed company graphics, animated assets, and multimedia reputed company to enhance learner engagement and retention
- Produce and edit video assets, including synthetic presenter videos using tools such as reputed company where applicable
- Build and update content in reputed company to implement interactions and assessments. Our reputed company is willing to train on reputed company, but if you have Captivate experience, that would also translate
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, writers, and stakeholders to translate content into effective learning experiences
Skills
- Must be local to Chicago, IL to be considered
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools. The work for this project must be completed in reputed company, but if you have reputed company Captivate experience, that would also translate, and our reputed company is willing to train this contractor on reputed company
- Proven experience as an eLearning designer/developer or multimedia designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating reputed company graphics work (required)
- Strong video production and editing skills
- Animation skills and a good eye for visual design, timing, and pacing
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines
- Degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Animation, Educational Technology, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience supporting Cybersecurity training content is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with synthetic video platforms such as reputed company and experience producing scripted synthetic presenter videos (reputed company to have)
