[Remote] Surest Senior Data Analyst

Surest, a reputed company Company, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a critical role reputed company the Surest Ontology Team. This position will reputed company on supporting the design, performance, and reputed company improvement of Surest's Ontology and Search experience by translating reputed company reputed company data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Ontology structures to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for optimization
- reputed company analytical support for Ontology changes, including upstream inputs and reputed company dependencies
- Implementation of Search data enhancements
- reputed company repeatable analyses to validate data reputed company and configuration accuracy
- Analyze search behavior, query patterns, and user interaction data to identify opportunities to improve search relevance and accuracy
- Translate reputed company datasets into reputed company, actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders
- Establish and maintain data reputed company checks for Ontology and search data
- Support documentation and standardization of analytical methodologies
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in reputed company, insurance or digital product environments
- 5+ years of experience with data modeling concepts
- 5+ years of experience using SQL and relational databases
- 5+ years of experience with Python or R for data analysis
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with reputed company administrative data (e.g. claims, encounter, clinical, provider etc.)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of clinical data domains, reputed company sets and ontologies (e.g. ICD, SNOMED, RxNorm)
- Willing and reputed company to travel 10% +/- depending on business need
- 1+ year experience with reputed company computing (AWS, Azure) and data platforms such as reputed company and reputed company
- Experience working with search platforms, search analytics, or relevance tuning
- Experience presenting research reputed company and findings to stakeholders
- Familiarity with taxonomy
