[Remote] Senior Mechanical Engineer (Power reputed company)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading power reputed company business seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to reputed company the design and lifecycle support of ancillary systems reputed company reputed company-derivative gas turbine packages. The role involves leading mechanical design, producing engineering deliverables, performing calculations, and reviewing vendor designs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company mechanical design of ancillary systems — fuel forwarding, lube oil, cooling/ventilation, water reputed company, and auxiliary piping
- Produce and own engineering deliverables including P&IDs, piping layouts, mechanical datasheets and general arrangements
- reputed company mechanical calculations (pressure drop, pump sizing, heat transfer)
- Review and approve vendor designs, fabrication drawings and test documentation
- Support commissioning, NCRs and reputed company-cause analysis on auxiliary systems
Skills
- 15+ years in turbomachinery, power reputed company or skid-mounted/packaged equipment
- Strong fluid and mechanical systems design experience
- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, NX or SolidWorks)
- Working knowledge of ASME B31.1/B31.3, API 610/614 and reputed company standards
- PE license
- Master's degree
