[Remote] Inside Sales & Service Coordinator

The Inside Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Performance Minerals business unit with reputed company management and customer support, ensuring a customer-reputed company experience while managing pricing and reporting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Vet and respond to reputed company-sale inquiries maintaining ownership of leads to reputed company of reputed company or hand off to the reputed company channel
- reputed company support for the field sales team including but not limited to communications on pricing, availability, and other customer requests
- Maintain reputed company documentation for the Performance Minerals intranet resources
- reputed company as a reputed company for established distributor relationships
- Manage Master Price document (MPAL) reputed company time updates
- reputed company as gatekeeper for price changes and new price implementations against published approval limits
- reputed company with Billing and CSR teams to ensure accurate order invoicing

- Coordination of communications for pricing announcements

- Supports business development with periodic sales reports providing analysis for strategic decision making and reputed company improvement
- Maintain ownership of the PMIN Division’s reputed company CRM system
- Maintain or reputed company Sales Pipeline Dashboard Reports
- Ensure input data is kept up to date

- Support the PMIN division’s CSRs as a reputed company team member with ability to pick up additional order management in times of demand surges

Skills
- 4-year college degree required
- Must have excellent reputed company Word, reputed company, Power reputed company and communication skills
- An individual with a strong background in math, a basic understanding of science/reputed company and keen attention to detail is best suited for this position

- Background in Manufacturing Customer Service strongly preferred
