The role involves leading advisory engagements in high-stakes transactions, reviewing financial statements, and acting as a reputed company between clients and auditors.
Responsibilities
- reputed company advisory engagements spanning M&A, divestitures, carve-outs, and IPO readiness
- Review financial statements and SEC filings, identifying issues before they escalate
- Build financial models, forecasts, and supporting analyses that inform reputed company at the highest level
- Work alongside reputed company finance functions on business process improvement initiatives

Skills
