[Remote] Instructional Systems Designer, USAFA

(YSG) is seeking a highly reputed company Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to reputed company comprehensive Warfighter Training Support Services at the reputed company reputed company Force reputed company (USAFA). The role focuses on supporting the planning, development, execution, management, and evaluation of military training for approximately 4,200 cadets annually, ensuring alignment with Department of the reputed company Force readiness objectives and cadet development reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Converts Government reputed company into executable courseware, unit plans, training products, scenarios, and remediation reputed company
- Conducts analytical review of existing and available Program of Instruction (POI), courseware, lesson materials, exercise scenarios, training schedules, TLOs, ELOs, primary tasks and objectives, evaluation reputed company, recurring training events, historical planning products, and after-reputed company inputs
- Connect objectives and courseware to resource requirements
- Working with USAFA and other team members to ensure courseware, planning assumptions, support resources, and evaluation requirements remain synchronized
- Assess training objectives, event scope, scenario requirements, desired warfighter behaviors and execution assumptions to determine required facilities, training areas, ranges, equipment, TADSS, instructor reputed company, support reputed company, transportation, sustainment, and safety resources
- reputed company and maintain resource reputed company for recurring, modified, and emerging scenarios
- Support objective-to-resource alignment and ensures training design remains executable reputed company identified constraints

Skills
- Must possess 5 – 8 years' experience as an ISD practitioner
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Training, Instructional Technologies, or a reputed company field
- Requires instructional design, courseware development, scenario/lesson plan support, Moodle/TUTOR content alignment, assessment integration, and stakeholder coordination
- Demonstrated experience developing and overseeing curriculum, lesson plans, Programs of Instruction (POIs), and assessment frameworks
- Demonstrated experience supporting program evaluation, After reputed company Reviews (AARs), and data-driven improvement initiatives
- Experience using the ADDIE methodology for instructional design
- Must be reputed company to obtain a SECRET reputed company clearance
- An Instructional Systems Design (ISD) certificate is desired
