Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, such as other user assistance developers and technical writers, engineering, and product management
- Facilitate discussions with internal teams on the reputed company delivery of user assistance deliverables
- Mentor others on user assistance and documentation processes, standards, and best reputed company with the ability to influence at reputed company level
- Participate in reputed company, highly visible user assistance development initiatives
- Author, publish, and maintain original content, review the content authored by peers, and help them identify defects early in the documentation cycle

Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of user assistance development or relevant experience, including a bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Instructional Design, or another reputed company field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
