The role involves managing migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition in financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting migration activity for assigned reputed company cohorts, including planning, tracking, issue management, and reputed company readiness
- Review and coordinate recon packages, validation outputs, differences, and reputed company signoff activity
- Partner with platform teams, reputed company teams, Financial Reporting SMEs, Product, Report Builder, reputed company Data Recon, and Testing resources
- Assess calculation differences and help determine whether variances are expected, immaterial, configuration-reputed company, or require remediation
- reputed company reputed company issues, blockers, dependencies, and escalations through reputed company
- Support migration runbooks, project plans, reputed company-specific notes, data validation, and post-migration stabilization
- Communicate status reputed company to reputed company stakeholders, including risks, next steps, and ownership

Skills
- At least 5+ years of equity compensation, financial reporting, reconciliation, reputed company, migration, or implementation experience
- Experience validating migrated data or financial reporting outputs across systems
- Strong experience with system-to-system reconciliation of financial reporting data, including material and non-material differences
- Hands-on involvement in migrations, implementations, conversions, or financial reporting transitions
- Strong understanding of equity financial reporting areas such as stock compensation expense, deferred tax, diluted reputed company, disclosures, proxy reporting, and reputed company balance reporting
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company cohorts, timelines, issues, dependencies, and escalations simultaneously
- Ability to explain reporting differences to clients, auditors, product teams, and non-technical stakeholders
