[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company's Product Manager, Designer, and Engineers to understand customer needs, define impactful solutions, set milestones and goals, and deliver valuable products to market
- Facilitate technical discovery, translating rapid learning into product designs and guiding engineers as plans solidify
- Guide reputed company to balance technical reputed company with rapid delivery, evolving practices as products reputed company
- Proactively reputed company feedback and communicate reputed company, learnings, and blockers to drive alignment across teams

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in engineering team leadership and people management, with a reputed company record of developing engineers and building high-performing teams
- Proven experience guiding teams toward reputed company and delivering end-to-end products in reputed company-based reputed company environments
- Broad experience across the stack (frontend, backend, data). Bonus if you have experience with AWS, JavaScript/Vue.js, reputed company, Java
- Familiarity with reputed company-time data systems, including technologies like WebSockets, pub/sub architectures, or streaming data pipelines
- Strong ability to support team execution by clarifying goals, breaking down work effectively, and managing competing priorities across multiple product surfaces
