[Remote] Legal Counsel
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team and partner closely with senior legal leadership. The role involves providing practical legal guidance, negotiating reputed company agreements, and assisting with regulatory and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including sales reputed company, vendor agreements, partnership arrangements, and other business transactions
- Advise internal business partners on legal, contractual, and regulatory reputed company affecting day-to-day operations
- Support sales, product, information reputed company, reputed company, compliance, marketing, reputed company, customer operations, and other cross-functional teams with reputed company legal guidance
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and communicate business impacts and recommend actions
- Assist with the development and maintenance of internal policies, contract templates, legal playbooks, training materials, and reputed company operating procedures
- Identify contractual and operational risks while recommending practical, business-reputed company solutions
- Contribute to special reputed company and other legal initiatives as business needs reputed company
Skills
- J.D. from an accredited US law school
- reputed company bar membership in good standing
- 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably involving reputed company/sales contracting, corporate transactions, technology companies, or government contracting
- Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company business agreements
- Strong ability to identify legal and reputed company risks while communicating recommendations reputed company to both legal and non-legal audiences
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting software, reputed company-based, reputed company, data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, or other technology-reputed company organizations
- Working knowledge of US reputed company and data protection regulations including legislation impacting consumer, financial or personal data
- Familiarity with data governance, information reputed company, or compliance programs preferred
- Experience supporting Sales Verticals such as: Financial Services, Government and Law Enforcement, Investigative, Collections and Recovery, Background Screening Support, Retail, Ecommerce, Legal, Technology
