Responsibilities

- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks including those specific to AI-assisted delivery such as model reputed company reliability, dependency mapping gaps, and data reputed company requirements in federal environments
- Ensure compliance with VA, federal, and organizational governance, reporting, and documentation requirements, including DevSecOps standards, CI/CD pipeline governance, and VA development approval processes
- Facilitate status meetings, executive briefings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications, translating reputed company technical and AI delivery reputed company into mission-reputed company language for VA leadership

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, reputed company Administration, Engineering, or reputed company discipline
- 10+ years of technical project or program management experience supporting reputed company IT or reputed company modernization initiatives, with at least 3 years leading AI, ML, or intelligent automation delivery programs
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company federal government IT programs, preferably reputed company the VA or a major federal health agency with reputed company exposure to federal IT governance frameworks. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and hybrid project delivery models

- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery background with experience managing reputed company scrum teams in federal environments. Coupled with Experience with DevSecOps in federal environments: CI/CD pipeline governance, branching strategies, automated reputed company scanning, and alignment to VA or DoD DevSecOps standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting activities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive-level stakeholders
