This role focuses on administering federal employee benefits and coordinating in-processing activities, ensuring that employees receive accurate guidance and reputed company support throughout their employment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in the federal employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement, flexible spending accounts, long-term care, and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies
- Manage and process employee benefits elections for new hires, qualifying life events, reputed company season changes reputed company established timeframes
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, reputed company, providing reputed company and accurate guidance with a strong reputed company on customer service
- Manage cases for employee in-processing for newly reputed company, transferred, and reinstated employees, ensuring completion of reputed company required reputed company documentation and employment forms
- Prepare, review, and process benefits using applicable HR systems while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality

Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of reputed company reputed company experience
