[Remote] Senior UX Designer - Remote

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for creating compelling user experiences for digital products by conducting user research, collaborating with product managers, and continuously improving the user reputed company based on feedback and testing. This role also involves mentoring junior designers and leading UX research initiatives to enhance product performance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates and/or drives the stages of the innovation design process. Helps to establish and reputed company the product from concept to reputed company of concept for user testing
- Leads the UX research, design, and testing for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences
- Advocates for strategic design solutions, highlighting inputs influencing the reputed company including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings
- Communicates the user experience at various stages of the design process with mental model maps, wireframes, reputed company diagrams, storyboards, personas, mockups, and/or high-reputed company prototypes
- Delivers work that's not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but which also produces results
- Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features by reputed company participating/leading in user research and assessing performance metrics
- Mentors more junior designers/researchers and leads the design/research reputed company reputed company a project/program
- Confidently presents design concepts, articulates reputed company, and facilitates brainstorming sessions with leaders, developers, and stakeholders
- Conducts independent research and competitive analysis on multiple aspects of products and experiences from a UX, product, and reputed company perspectives
- Collects and analyzes user behavior through lab studies, field reputed company, ethnography, surveys, reputed company studies, server logs and online experiments (A/B testing)
- Works with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Business Operations Specialists, Digital Strategists, and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, while also incorporating reputed company technical and business requirements
- Designs and executes user research using qualitative and quantitative reputed company, including ethnographic studies, primary interviews, generative design research, usability studies, A/B testing
- Masters planning, conducting, and synthesizing ethnographic studies and primary interviews with user/customers and major stakeholders
Skills
- Five (5) plus years of proven experience in UI/UX design, concept development, building and shipping products (web, mobile apps, reputed company designs), building and maintaining design systems, gained from working in an innovation agency, startup, tech company or large organization
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in design, psychology, or research field is preferred
