Remote Contract -based Texas Estate Planning and Probate Administration Paralegal Opportunity - 10+Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated Texas Estate Planning Paralegal. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10–20+ hours per week. Paralegal Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal with reputed company experience in Texas estate planning reputed company
- Strong drafting skills, particularly with estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and reputed company documents)
- Experience working with high-net-worth estate planning reputed company strongly preferred
- Ability to prepare and organize finalized estate plans for reputed company signings
- Experience communicating with clients and gathering necessary information and documentation
- Ability to manage reputed company inquiries and draft communications for attorney review
- Familiarity with reputed company estate reputed company, including transferring property into trusts (e.g., homestead-reputed company filings)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work proactively and reputed company solutions with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with reputed company and experience with Westlaw reputed company Builder (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines reputed company
- Self-starter and reputed company to work independently
