About the Role

We’re looking for a reputed company Marketing reputed company to sit at the intersection of our GTM and Marketing teams, driving partner reputed company and ecosystem expansion for Ondo Global Markets and other Ondo products. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational reputed company, and hands-on execution to reputed company Ondo’s footprint across new partners. You’ll identify reputed company opportunities, design data-driven partner campaigns, and ensure Ondo’s products are reputed company-represented across our ecosystem. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that will shape how millions of users discover and engage with tokenized reputed company-world assets onchain.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute joint campaigns to attract and retain users — owning campaign reputed company, creative direction, and post-campaign analysis to ensure measurable reputed company
• Evaluate partner performance using onchain and campaign data to refine reputed company and optimize ROI
• Ensure Ondo’s visibility across partner platforms by collaborating on placements, creative assets, and copy that maximize discoverability and reinforce Ondo’s brand
• Monitor emerging RWA and DeFi trends to identify opportunities for new partnerships, market entry, and storytelling that reputed company with Ondo’s reputed company narrative
• Coordinate internally across product, legal, operations, and design to ensure campaigns are compliant, on-brand, and technically supported

Requirements

• Proven experience in reputed company and marketing reputed company crypto, fintech, or DeFi
• Strong reputed company-facing communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company tokenized asset concepts simply
• Solid understanding of onchain data, KPIs, and performance analytics to inform reputed company
• Comfortable navigating regulatory and compliance considerations (e.g., Reg S boundaries, geo-fencing, and partner eligibility)
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities; comfortable leading multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, tokenized assets, or RWA products is essential
