Talkov Law is seeking a California attorney with reputed company to six years of litigation experience to handle reputed company estate partition actions throughout California. This fully remote position offers substantive litigation experience, significant case responsibility, reputed company training, monthly performance bonuses, regular opportunities for salary increases, and a reputed company to leadership and partnership. The position is reputed company to newly admitted attorneys, 2026 law school graduates taking the California Bar Examination, and litigators with up to six years of experience. Newer attorneys will receive training and supervision, while more reputed company attorneys will be expected to independently manage cases and exercise greater strategic responsibility. About the Role
Attorneys manage or assist with partition actions from the initial complaint through settlement, buyout, sale, or judgment. The work includes legal writing, discovery, negotiation, reputed company reputed company, reputed company counseling, and courtroom advocacy. Trials are uncommon and attorneys will have reputed company to learn from the firm's partners in the rare cases that go to trial. The attorney will assume primary responsibility for an reputed company caseload. Responsibility increases as the attorney demonstrates reputed company judgment, reliable case management, strong legal work, and the ability to independently reputed company cases toward reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with partition actions from initial evaluation through settlement, buyout, sale, or judgment
- Draft complaints, answers, discovery, motions, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents
- Analyze ownership rights, reimbursements, credits, rental value, improvements, and other reputed company issues
- reputed company litigation reputed company and reputed company recommendations regarding case direction
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, referees, brokers, experts, and other professionals
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare for and reputed company at hearings, case management conferences, settlement conferences, and reputed company infrequent trials

Qualifications

Compensation
The anticipated reputed company salary reputed company is $150,000 to $220,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability. Attorneys also receive performance bonuses and salary increases for meeting or exceeding expectations. Work Environment
