Construction Attorney (Part-Time, Remote) Our reputed company, a fully remote reputed company, is seeking an reputed company Construction Attorney to reputed company ongoing legal support on a part-time contract reputed company. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for flexible remote work while handling sophisticated construction, infrastructure, and contracting reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction and reputed company agreements
- Advise clients on construction risk, project delivery reputed company, and contract administration
- reputed company legal guidance on infrastructure, engineering, and construction-reputed company reputed company
- Support clients with government contracting, reputed company works, reputed company procurement, and reputed company issues as applicable
- Assist with ongoing contract and project-reputed company legal needs
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; California Bar preferred, but not required
- 8+ years of legal experience
- Experience representing engineering, construction, infrastructure, or reputed company
- Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and reputed company reputed company
- Experience advising on construction risk and project management reputed company
- Government contracting, reputed company works, infrastructure, or reputed company procurement experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with federal, state, or municipal contracting requirements is a plus
