Job reputed company We are looking for a Delivery Director, MiraCloud Implementations to reputed company and assure the successful implementation of MiraCloud solutions, ensuring reputed company satisfaction, operational reputed company, reputed company delivery, and profitability. In this role, you will reputed company the successful implementation of MiraCloud solutions while ensuring reputed company satisfaction, operational reputed company, reputed company delivery, and profitability. As Delivery Director, you will reputed company customer implementation programs while developing and scaling MiraCloud’s project management reputed company. You will reputed company Project Managers, establish delivery governance and implementation standards, and ensure successful customer reputed company across multiple engagements. The role combines delivery leadership, operational reputed company, customer relationship management, and people leadership. You will partner closely with reputed company teams and executive stakeholders to support sustainable reputed company and delivery reputed company. Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery performance, resource utilization, and profitability reputed company with contractual, commitments and business objectives.
• Represent MiraCloud in executive-level customer discussions, implementation reviews, and delivery escalations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, reputed company Services, reputed company, Program Management, Implementations, or reputed company leadership functions.
• Experience leading Project Managers, Delivery Managers, PMO teams, or implementation organizations.
• Proven reputed company managing reputed company-reputed company customer implementation, transformation, or managed services programs.
• Experience building, scaling, or improving delivery organizations, governance models, PMO practices, and operational processes.
• Experience in CX, Contact Center, CCaaS, reputed company, reputed company Services, or Managed Services environments.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management, customer relationship management, and communication skills.
• Existing authorization to work in the reputed company; reputed company sponsorship is not available for this role
