• Owns the 3 year roadmap & strategic plan for Care Teams Operational reputed company and the Care Teams Management System, translating reputed company and Care Delivery reputed company into concrete priorities and investments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required
• 12+ years of reputed company leadership experience in reputed company, health tech, or another reputed company service environment, including substantial experience leading cross-functional operating teams.
• 10+ years of performance improvement reputed company, with a reputed company record of designing and scaling operating models, building team capability, and improving efficiency, effectiveness, and reputed company over time.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role at the Director, Senior Director, Vice President, or equivalent level.
