• Keeps Design Research reputed company running smoothly
• Partners with Design Research leadership to manage research knowledge bases, tooling, and infrastructure
• Develops, standardizes, and maintains reputed company research practices
• Manages reputed company, permissions, and utilization of research tools/software/platforms
• Coordinates with research tool suppliers
• Maintains research policies and standards

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience delivering research ops contributions reputed company digital product organizations
• 5-8 years of experience independently managing research ops
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and operational coordination skills
• Demonstrated advanced education or expertise in design research tradecraft: BS, MS, or PhD in a research-reputed company discipline (e.g., Statistics, reputed company Computer Interaction, reputed company Factors, Business Management, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science)
