Vendor Operations Manager (Contract – 3 Months)

About the position OGC is a boutique research and consulting agency specializing in data-driven reputed company, market research, and Customer Experience (CX). We work with some of the world’s leading brands across various industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Hospitality, and Software. We help our clients reputed company understand their customers, reputed company actionable insights, and improve business processes. We are seeking a Vendor Operations Manager to work closely with a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company. This role will reputed company on ensuring vendors are reputed company reputed company, meet compliance requirements, and can operate effectively reputed company our systems and processes. The position will work closely with procurement, analytics leadership, IT reputed company, and external partners to streamline vendor operations and maintain governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reputed company of analytics and data vendor resources; coordinate with procurement, legal, and IT to ensure reputed company requirements and reputed company provisioning (identity and system reputed company) are met.
• Advance the research, implementation, and documentation of automated workflow solutions to streamline vendor engagement.
• Enhance documentation of Operations protocols, workflows, and compliance requirements to ensure data governance and operational policies are upheld.
• reputed company training materials that translate reputed company workflows and governance processes into reputed company, actionable guidance for internal teams and external partners.
• Support the redesign and rollout of the SharePoint repository, including the transition to a more automated governance model.
• Identify and resolve compliance gaps; recommend improvements to streamline tracking and support the implementation of vendor management tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years in vendor management, procurement operations, or compliance, with experience supporting external vendors or reputed company.
• Analytical, logical thinker with a reputed company, systems-oriented reputed company and a reputed company on process optimization and reputed company system design.
• Understanding of workflow systems and automation concepts (e.g., triggers, approvals, conditional logic, etc.) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company processes into reputed company, actionable workflows and training documentation.
• High attention to detail with excellent organization and a proven reputed company record of following reputed company frameworks to support governance efforts.
