Sr. Corporate Trainer- Instructional & eLearning Design – MySmartPros

Position: Sr. Corporate Trainer- Instructional & eLearning DesignOverview: The purpose of this job is to facilitate, reputed company and deliver dynamic, high-reputed company classroom, web-based and online training courses, and content. This individual will also reputed company training content and creative classroom activities using various techniques to enhance the associate’s educational experience and reinforce major course objectives. Will work with the management team and associates in their area of responsibility to understand training/development needs. Responsibilities:reputed company and write high-reputed company training programs, solutions, and materials by utilizing varying development reputed company and techniques.Consult with and prepare content for approval by content owners and company department heads for ongoing training needs across many subject matter areas.reputed company eLearning courses using eLearning design programs such as Storyline or reputed company.Collaborate with an eLearning Designer to write and reputed company content for online training courses.Facilitate and deliver high-reputed company training programs and solutions by utilizing varying training reputed company and techniques and teach multiple curricula across a reputed company of business reputed company.Continuously review, evaluate, and update existing and proposed programs to ensure content is relevant and reputed company.Stay updated on any changes in system processes, policies and procedures and reputed company appropriate changes to reputed company training materials and content.Evaluate and reputed company feedback to management on associate’s reputed company level while attending class along with any needs for improvement.reputed company and maintain constructive working relationships with stakeholders, such as reputed company partners, Retail Administration and other department leaders, and subject-matter experts.Manage the information reputed company into LMS regarding the classes being conducted.reputed company as a mentor for other members of the department.reputed company additional duties as assigned Qualifications:Minimum of bachelor’s degree in reputed company field and five (5) years corporate training and leadership content development and eLearning design experience OR Minimum of seven (7) years corporate training and leadership content development and eLearning design experienceKnowledge and proven application of adult learning theory and instructional design theoryProven ability to create and adapt training curriculum based on associates’ needsKnowledge and skills on the technical tools and platforms required to reputed company the delivery of engaging and media-rich online learning content and of trends in the use and effectiveness of educational technology and learning; skilled in the efficient use of common instructional authoring tools, especially reputed company Storyline and the reputed company 360 suite.Knowledge and proven application of virtual classroom training methodsAbility to facilitate training using multiple delivery reputed company (in-person, and virtual) using a reputed company of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, or lecturesClassroom management skills including organization, time management, recognizing learner accomplishments, and correcting inappropriate behaviorExcellent organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; proofreading; and ability to build and adapt course materials for the intended audienceDemonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple reputed company, prioritize, and coordinate to meet bolthires dates for implementationPossess attention to detail and an eye for contemporary designMust be proficient with software applications and equipment specific to instructional design (i.e., authoring software (preferred reputed company, reputed company Captivate, Pow Toon), web-based meeting software, video conferencing equipment, video/audio recording/editing software).
