Available Schedules:

• Part - Time Teletriage: Sun / Mon | 11am-7pm PST

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage with members reputed company chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and reputed company-being.
• Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information.
• Review medical records to understand patient history and reputed company informed guidance.
• Document reputed company and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology.
• Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for reputed company requests.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician: You’ve successfully completed the VTNE and have at least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine (emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required).
• Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms.
• Exceptional communicator: You can reputed company reputed company medical information, both verbally and in writing, with reputed company and reputed company.
