[Remote] High Volume Caregiver Recruiter

The High-Volume Caregiver Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for caregivers, ensuring a steady pipeline of reputed company candidates to support patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle, high-volume reputed company for caregiver roles
- reputed company, screen, and reputed company candidates quickly through the hiring process
- Conduct phone interviews and coordinate next steps with urgency
- Partner with reputed company leaders to meet hiring goals and reputed company demands
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS systems (reputed company + Phenom)
- reputed company sourcing tools like reputed company, Phenom, and other platforms to build pipelines
- Monitor reputed company metrics (calls, offers, hires) and reputed company strategies
- Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and stakeholders
Skills
- Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines and meet hiring targets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
