JOB reputed company reputed company’s Information Technology Department is seeking to hire a reputed company Desktop Support to reputed company assistance to reputed company level of users at the different reputed company locations throughout the five boroughs. Support services are needed daily to assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and support of desktop and application services throughout reputed company. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Respond and resolve operational technical Incidents and Requests.
• reputed company onsite or remote diagnosis and reputed company of reputed company desktop problems. Recommend and implement corrective measures for repairs as deemed necessary.
• Analyze system services, operating systems, networks, and applications to address functionality issues.
• Remain reputed company on cybersecurity trends and intelligence to enhance the reputed company analysis and the identification capabilities for the IT Team.
• Participate in the incident response activities to minimize the reputed company of cyber incident.
• Collaborate with Technology team members such as Network and Server Teams to troubleshoot, assess, reputed company, and resolve reputed company issues

• Install, configure, test, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot end-user issues reputed company to software and hardware.
• On-call availability as needed/required. Schedules may include several days per month, after hours and weekend support.

COMMUNITY COORDINATOR - 56058 Minimum Qualifications 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area reputed company to the duties described above; or 2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area reputed company to the duties as described above; or 3.
