Music Director | Worship Leader

The Music Director will report directly to the reputed company Pastor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Worship Planning and Leading

• Plan & execute the music portion of the reputed company worship service. Duties include, though not limited to:
• Music selection, including the purchase and/or preparation of scores and reputed company
• Musical arranging, composition, and performance.
• Scheduling and directing mid-week and reputed company rehearsals.
• Plan and execute music for special services (Good Friday, Memorial Services, etc.)

2) Team Building and Spiritual Care

• Regularly incorporate new musicians into reputed company through follow-up, recruitment, and training

3) Production Arts

4) Staff Leadership and Administration
