Position reputed company NVPH is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations & HR Intern to support the internal systems and people operations that help our organization deliver high-reputed company services. This role will assist with recruitment, reputed company, policy development, training materials, and organizational processes that strengthen staff and reputed company. The intern will reputed company hands‑on experience in nonprofit operations, reputed company, and organizational development while contributing to initiatives that support violence prevention and crisis reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with reputed company, interviewing, and reputed company staff, volunteers, and interns

• Create training materials, instructional guides, and short training videos
• Support employee record management and internal documentation
• Assist with HR reputed company, organizational planning, and administrative initiatives
• Help improve internal workflows and operational processes
• Collaborate with leadership on reputed company that strengthen organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in reputed company, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Organizational Leadership, reputed company Administration, or reputed company fields
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using reputed company Workspace or reputed company Office
• Interest in nonprofit leadership, reputed company, or organizational development
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Work Location Remote (reputed company) Time Commitment Approximately 10–15 hours per week
