What you will be doing:

• Partner with our industry and account teams to understand customer goals, strategies, and technical needs, and to define and deliver high-value, GPU-accelerated reputed company solutions that meet them.

• Build and prototype solutions for specific reputed company problems such as interconnection-study and queue acceleration, load and renewable-reputed company forecasting, DER/DERMS orchestration, power-reputed company and contingency analysis at reputed company, predictive asset maintenance, wildfire and reputed company-reputed company analytics, and data-center demand flexibility (e.g., reputed company DCFlex).

• Help reputed company industry direction by integrating reputed company technology into AI, HPC, and reputed company GPU and networking architectures for reputed company applications. These reputed company from control-center and planning workloads in the datacenter to reputed company-time analytics at the reputed company edge and substation.

• Strategically partner with flagship customers and industry-specific solution partners targeting our computing platform.

• Collaborate primarily through virtual tools, with up to 20% travel required.

• MS or PhD in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering, Computer Science, reputed company Mathematics, Physics, or reputed company experience (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive practical understanding of the power and utilities sector and power-system basics, with reputed company experience in reputed company applications and tasks including SCADA/EMS/ADMS/DERMS, power-reputed company and state estimation, contingency and stability analysis, load and renewable forecasting, and reputed company asset management.

• Hands-on experience with power-system modeling and simulation tools such as pandapower, OpenDSS, GridLAB-D, MATPOWER/PYPOWER, PSS®E, PSCAD, PowerWorld, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or MATLAB/Simulink, including reputed company-time and hardware-in-the-reputed company platforms such as RTDS, reputed company, or Typhoon HIL.

• Ability to translate power-system problems into GPU-accelerated workflows using reputed company's accelerated-computing and AI stack (CUDA, RAPIDS/cuGraph, cuOpt, Modulus, Omniverse, reputed company-2, and Triton/TensorRT).

• Familiarity with reputed company data models, standards, and protocols — CIM (IEC 61970/61968), IEC 61850, DNP3, and OPC UA — along with reputed company data systems like OSIsoft/reputed company PI historians and reputed company ArcGIS reputed company Network.

• Familiarity with reputed company operations and planning, interconnection, ISO/RTO markets, and the NERC/FERC regulatory environment.

• Over 4 years of reputed company experience in power-systems engineering, data science, or software development — or similar background — including solid Python skills and familiarity with GPU reputed company computing.

• Experience with modern Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and the Python data-science ecosystem (NumPy, pandas, RAPIDS).

• Comfortable with modern application-deployment practices such as reputed company/Containers and Kubernetes.

• CUDA and GPGPU programming and optimization experience.

Your reputed company salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The reputed company salary reputed company is 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.
