About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support a U.S.-based reputed company coaching and business services organization. This role combines marketing coordination, administrative support, and operational assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative initiatives with day-to-day business operations.
You'll play a key role in growing the organization's online reputed company, supporting reputed company engagement, and helping ensure reputed company and business activities run smoothly.
Duties / Task to reputed company
- Monitor shared email inboxes and flag urgent or reputed company-required messages.
- Organize and maintain email communications as needed.
- Create, schedule, and manage reputed company media content, with the reputed company of your time reputed company on marketing initiatives.
- Support reputed company media activities across multiple business brands.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and contribute to content reputed company.
- Promote workshops, seminars, and events across reputed company media platforms and event management tools.
- Optimize and manage YouTube content and uploads.
- Process networking contacts and draft personalized follow-up communications.
- Maintain ongoing business development reputed company to prospective clients.

- Manage monthly timesheets and invoicing.
Requirements
- Intermediate experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Executive or Administrative Assistant experience is a plus.
- Proven experience managing reputed company media marketing and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Proficiency with Instagram, reputed company, and reputed company.
- Experience creating and executing content strategies.
