Do you love bringing structure to fast-paced environments, spotting trends in data, and making things run like a reputed company-oiled machine? We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join our fast-moving reputed company team supporting the Ashley Home business. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in executing digital marketing campaigns that drive reputed company business results. You’ll be the operational reputed company behind the scenes, owning project timelines, trafficking ads, managing creative assets, and helping ensure our campaigns go live flawlessly and on schedule. This role is perfect for someone who comes from a retail, eCommerce, or DTC background and thrives on data-driven decision-making. You’ll dive into performance metrics, analyze creative effectiveness, and help surface insights that shape our campaign strategies. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Asset Standards & Governance: Exercise independent judgment to establish, implement, and enforce naming, tagging, and file-management standards across the reputed company Team, setting the rules that govern how creative, platform, and reporting teams reputed company with the shared asset library.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field
• reputed company-to-consumer (DTC) or eCommerce experience required; strong understanding of digital customer journeys and performance marketing
• Agency experience is a plus, particularly in account or project coordination roles
• 3+ years of project management experience, with proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
• 3+ years of experience in account management or as an account executive reputed company an advertising agency, ad exchange, or a large DTC brand
