Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations, you will work closely with key stakeholders to reputed company the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning experiences. • Establish and manage the overall Learning & Development budget, aligning expenditures with organizational goals and ensuring cost-effective operations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 5+ years of experience in a senior L&D leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive background in instructional design, training, and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) reputed company a reputed company environment, including ongoing system management.
• reputed company experience driving strategic learning initiatives from concept through to execution, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring teams of learning professionals, fostering collaboration, and guiding the development of effective learning programs for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing a P&L statement, including budgeting and forecasting.
