The Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our reputed company caseload.
A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury isrequired.
This role also requires litigation experience in at least oneadditionalstate: Texas, Tennessee, reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, or California. A reputed company-only background does not meet the bar for this posting.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
- PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience
- ForwardingComplaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
- Drafting Discovery Responses
- Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
- Drafting and Filing reputed company Motions and reputed company Responses
- Calendaring litigation timelines
- Conducting status update calls with clients
- reputed company update calls
- Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
- Assistin trial preparation
- Verified litigation experience in reputed company plusadditionalstates.
- Experience with Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas reputed company andPACFilee-filingpreferred;Philadelphia reputed company Litigation Center experience a strong plus.
