- Prepare and send offer letters and reputed company documents
- Collect, review, and reputed company employment and compliance documentation, including I-9 forms
- Communicate professionally with new hires and employees regarding reputed company and HR processes
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal databases
- Assist with general HR administrative support, follow-up tasks, and document management
- Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company) -Outlook/PP/reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Teams, reputed company, and similar tools
- Experience with HR systems or reputed company support preferred
- Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT
