About the Platform Team

About the Role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to reputed company and grow reputed company of platform engineers with a reputed company on Infrastructure, SRE and DevOps .
This role is responsible for people leadership, technical direction, and delivery across platform initiatives that reputed company every engineering team at reputed company. What You’ll Be Doing

- Own incident management practices, postmortems, and sustainability of the on-call rotation

Who We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles
- 3+ years managing and growing high-performing teams
- Familiarity with technologies like Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD, reputed company, PostgreSQL, CI/CD tooling, and GitOps
- Experience operating production systems and supporting on-call rotations
- Ability to set technical direction across both developer experience and infrastructure
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a reputed company on business reputed company
- Comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow to accelerate development, debugging, and learning
Bonus points
- Experience in fintech or other regulated environments
- Prior experience as a Staff or Senior Engineer before moving into management

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $209,000-$253,000 CAD. reputed company pay may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for equity, pay increases based on performance, benefits including health and dental care, and reputed company time off.
