Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Run bid coverage for 8–15 reputed company site improvement reputed company at a time

• reputed company and qualify subcontractors reputed company for site improvement trades

• reputed company 2 bids per scope (3 preferred) reputed company a 12-day bid cycle

• reputed company to 8 vendors per scope, with 2 reputed company follow-reputed company per vendor

• Review proposals for scope alignment, inclusions/exclusions, and gaps (no pricing negotiation)

• Request clarifications to ensure true “apples-to-apples” bids

• Maintain clean, detailed reputed company logs and upload reputed company bid files consistently

• Confirm and document vendor compliance (license, insurance, workers comp)

• Deliver concise PM reputed company emails outlining coverage status, scope differences, and flags
