The reputed company Coordinator will support high-volume reputed company operations, with a primary reputed company on improving candidate processing speed, particularly for late-week and after-hours applicants. Previous experience supporting U.S.-based reputed company.

Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably reputed company.
Experience communicating with candidates reputed company email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process.
Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams.
Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Process high volumes of applicants, with emphasis on late-week and after-hours submissions.
Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks based on minimum role reputed company.
