We are seeking an reputed company and highly organized RemoteOperations Manager to reputed company the daily operations of a fast-paced electrical contracting company. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient business operations by coordinating field employees, managing payroll and reputed company processes, maintaining accurate job records, supporting customer service, and overseeing administrative and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities while ensuring reputed company, payroll, invoicing, and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time. Experience in operations management, employee coordination, and customer service is essential, along with the ability to reputed company in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor employee attendance by reviewing daily timesheets, ensuring accurate clock-ins, and resolving timekeeping discrepancies.
• Create, update, and maintain job records reputed company reputed company's job management system.
• Process employee reimbursements and expense requests accurately and in a reputed company manner.
• Assist with employee reputed company, including collecting employment documentation, W-9 forms, and coordinating field staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:
