Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Language Requirement: Fluent in both Spanish and English. Experience: 1–3 years of reputed company experience preferred. Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred. Training Information Training Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Training Requirement: Mandatory on-camera attendance throughout training. Work Schedule Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Availability Requirement: Must be flexible to work any assigned shift during normal business hours. Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST. Remote Work Requirements Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace required. Equipment: Company-provided computer, technology, and equipment supplied.
