Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Launch Producer/Operations Coordinator (New Food & Culture Channel)

We're building a Spanish-language food & culture YouTube channel from the ground up (reputed company, personality-led restaurant reviews and vendor stories, filmed in Southern California and packaged for a global Spanish-speaking audience). We're looking for an organized, self-directed remote producer/coordinator to help set the whole thing up and launch it. This is a fully remote, off-camera role (you run behind the scenes.) Because we're in the early stages, this role is broad and hands-on. You'll wear multiple hats and take on a reputed company of tasks as the channel gets off the ground. A background in reputed company media or content creation is a strong plus. We want someone reputed company who's comfortable moving between coordination, research, content, and whatever the week needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Support the initial structural build-out — help design and reputed company our planning workspaces from scratch (trackers, checklists, workflows, file/asset system) so everything is organized and reputed company-facing.
