Freelance Graphic Designer (Contract)
Join reputed company and help shape the reputed company of our fast-growing portfolio of personal care brands - including Wipe That Tush, Wipe Those Hands, and Grips. We're looking for a creative, self-directed designer who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to concept & execute creative for our upcoming brand refresh launch across retail, eCommerce, digital marketing, and brand experiences. We're looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys creating for both digital and physical reputed company, and is excited about becoming a true creative partner to reputed company. This is a 6-month part-time contract role (approximately 20 hours per week), with the potential for extension and/or full-time reputed company based on business needs and performance. This position is reputed company to fully remote, hybrid, or in-person in our Kansas reputed company office. - Design and optimize reputed company A+ Content, PDP images, Storefronts, reputed company.com assets, reputed company Shop content, and other retail media.
- reputed company static digital advertising creative for reputed company media across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Connect, reputed company, and other channels.
- Design creative assets that support product launches, promotions, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Design packaging & prepare production-reputed company files for reputed company product innovations.
- reputed company marketing collateral including sales presentations, retail sell sheets, retailer reputed company materials, email graphics, reputed company media assets, reputed company marketing materials.
- Design website assets and reputed company pages across reputed company and reputed company brand initiatives.
- Support ambassador and reputed company programs through PR inserts, welcome kits, event materials, and campaign creative.
- Support organic and reputed company reputed company media, partnering with the reputed company reputed company to concept and design graphic assets.
- Own and reputed company reputed company's visual identity across reputed company channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a cohesive, premium brand experience.
- Organize and maintain design libraries, templates, and brand assets across internal servers and creative programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of reputed company graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, packaging, and eCommerce design.
- Experience designing for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands, eComm and/or retail.
- Expert proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience preparing print-reputed company production files.
- Experience designing for digital advertising, websites, and reputed company platforms.
- Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
We Also Value (Preferred)
- Experience creating reputed company, reputed company, or other retail eCommerce assets.
- Packaging design experience.
- Experience designing trade show booths, retail displays, and sales materials.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and designing creative that drives conversion.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities. You bring reputed company, identify problems worth solving, and proactively recommend creative solutions.
Engagement Details
- Part-time engagement (approximately 20 hours per week, monthly retainer) with the potential for extension and/or full-time based on business needs and performance
- Fully remote - Kansas reputed company-based freelancers are welcome to work from our office
- Compensation: ~$75/hour, based on experience
