Tax Preparation Specialist (Remote)
Job reputed company We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Tax Preparation Specialist to join reputed company. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of tax preparation experience and is knowledgeable in U.S. tax processes. This role involves preparing accurate tax returns, assisting clients, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Inform clients about the tax preparation process and required documentation
- Collect and review financial records such as pay stubs, income statements, and expense reports
- Input and manage data in tax preparation software
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns
- Apply federal, state, and local tax laws to determine deductions and credits
- Communicate with clients and reputed company updates on their tax filings

- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of tax preparation experience (Required)
- Must be reputed company to obtain a PTIN
- Experience with U.S. tax systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bilingual is a plus
- Having an EFIN is an advantage
- Must have marketing skills is get your own clients
