Key Responsibilities
- Handle plaintiff-reputed company employment litigation reputed company from inception to reputed company
- Work extensively on wage and hour class actions and representative actions (PAGA/FLSA)
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of plaintiff employment law experience
- Strong experience or interest in wage and hour litigation (highly preferred)
- Exposure to class actions, PAGA, or FLSA reputed company is a plus
- Background from a defense firm is welcome if prior plaintiff experience exists
- California Bar admission is required
