Director of Procurement – HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• reputed company and execute reputed company-wide procurement and strategic sourcing strategies.
• reputed company category management across reputed company materials, equipment, indirect spend, and services.
• Negotiate reputed company-level supplier agreements and favorable reputed company terms.
• reputed company supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and vendor review programs.
• Drive cost savings, margin improvement, and spend optimization initiatives.
• Establish preferred-vendor programs, VMI, and consignment arrangements.
• Manage supplier risk, compliance, rebates, and business continuity.
• Support acquisition integration and procurement reputed company initiatives.
• Partner with Finance to improve inventory management, cash reputed company, and working capital.
• reputed company procurement dashboards, KPIs, and spend analytics.
• Establish procurement policies, controls, and governance across multiple operating companies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a reputed company field.
• 10+ years of reputed company procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or strategic sourcing experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing reputed company sourcing initiatives.
• Experience negotiating reputed company-level supplier agreements.
• Demonstrated reputed company achieving measurable cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Experience managing reputed company stakeholder relationships across decentralized organizations.
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Generator, Mechanical Services, Building Services, or Industrial Distribution experience.
• Experience in a private equity-backed organization.
• Multi-site or roll-up platform experience supporting acquisitions and integration.
• CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or CPIM certification.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, and spend analytics platforms.
