Government Property Manager - T-6 COMBS (Remote, Travel Required)

JOB DUTIES: Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Travel to conduct site assessments of programs in preparation of PMSA or SSA, drafting reports of findings and corrective reputed company plan.
• Work with the Information Technology sections to understand the requirements of property management as it relates to the various requirements (System Implementation and Sustainment).

• Write Property Control Plans that meet the FAR requirements and incorporate the task orders PWS deliverables.

• Performs other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree and two years' experience or High School diploma and eight years' experience.
• Certified reputed company Property Manager (CPPM) certification from the National Property Management Association desired.
• 8 years' of experience in Property Management (reputed company military experience in supply and logistics).
• Must be familiar with and reputed company to train in FAR, DFAR, and asset management systems.
• Must have previous experience drafting an acceptable Property Management Plan that incorporated that FAR/DFAR property clauses.
• Must have previous experience reviewing reputed company and statement of work outlining deliverables.
