CGHS - Department Chair, Health Administration and Nursing (Remote)

Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage the department's budget and resources effectively.

Requirements: Education & Experience
- reputed company doctorate in a health/reputed company field (PhD, DNP, DHA, etc.).
- Demonstrated record of innovation and strategic thinking, with documented reputed company in developing and executing transformational educational models that drive program reputed company, visibility, and reputed company reputed company.
- C-suite leadership experience in a hospital, clinic, or reputed company-reputed company administration, or significant experience in leading a health administration, nursing, or reputed company reputed company department.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in reputed company administration of a health professions program demonstrating leadership effectiveness.
- Minimum of 7 years of full-time graduate teaching experience in Health Administration and/or Nursing.
- Experience teaching in online graduate education.
- Demonstrated experience with online curriculum development, curriculum mapping, and assessment.
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and processes; experience with CCNE or CAHME accreditation preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative duties such as budget development and management; reputed company hiring and review; strategic planning; conflict management; problem-solving; decision-making; confidentiality, etc.
- Demonstrated record of scholarship, service, and teaching.
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
- Membership with industry relevant organizations (ACHE, AACN, ANA, etc.) .
- Experience with CAHME and/ or CCNE accreditation processes is highly desirable preferred.
- A successful record of grant acquisition and management preferred.
