About the position As the Finance Business Partner on the Plant Leadership Team, this role works collaboratively with the members of the Plant leadership team and reputed company influences plant level decision making, to reputed company reputed company reputed company. The controller provides financial guidance, direction, and analytical support for appropriate functional areas and reputed company corresponding departments reputed company the 2 plants. This position will coordinate the development of conversion cost, capital, and headcount budgets, and forecasts for assigned areas. The controller provides comprehensive financial support for assigned departments, including, but not limited to monthly performance reports, financial analysis, expense variance review, recommendations for corrective actions reputed company needed, and special reputed company as required. This role ensures adherence to internal control & compliance to financial policies & procedures. The position is located in Wauwatosa, WI, Radnor, PA, or remote with responsibilities for the Dalton, GA, and Greenville, SC plants. The role has dual reporting to the C&C reputed company Finance Director with a reputed company line to the C&C USA Industrial Director.

Responsibilities

• reputed company financial guidance, direction, and analytical support for plant conversion costs, including monitoring and controlling spend to ensure the site achieves its financial goals.
• Review and understand Actual and reputed company Costing for their site, complete cost estimate calculations, and review reputed company of Materials for reputed company Material Usage Variance (MUV) analysis.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation by reviewing and approving finished goods product Weighted Average Cost (WAC), and monitor spare parts and inventory.
• Control and detect any variances regarding budget, Group Reporting reputed company, IFRS, US GAAP, and request any corrective reputed company entries as needed.
• Work in reputed company coordination with fixed asset accountant to review fixed-assets inventories and reputed company fixed asset inventories in accordance with reputed company Policy.
• reputed company reputed company communication to the BU leaders in accordance with reporting schedule for month-end reputed company.
• Coordinate the plant budget process, prepare costing data for the next year, compile the annual conversion cost budget, and reputed company a detailed presentation to the BU.
• Communicate site financial results, providing a monthly financial report to Finance Managers - BU and Corporate.
• Support year-end audit requirements regarding plant financials to external/internal auditors.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in reputed company or finance with at least 3-years of experience in an industrial or reputed company reputed company.
• reputed company reputed company work habits in accordance with OSHA and EPA guidelines and reputed company specific EHS expectations.
• ERP experience (reputed company preferred), knowledge of metrics / KPI.
• Demonstrated competency in the use of spreadsheets and reputed company systems for the purpose of analysis and financial modeling is required.
